What is Corporate Chess?
Corporate Chess is a workshop (webinar) that provides an overview of workplace challenges and success strategies for professional multicultural women (women of African, Asian, Hispanic, Native American, and South Asian backgrounds). The webinar is open to women of all backgrounds, but the strategies discussed are targeted towards multicultural women.
Corporate Chess is based on research and interviews done for Double Outsiders: How Women of Color Can Succeed in Corporate America (JIST Works, 2007). It includes information from interviews with senior executives, academics, and professional organization leaders. You can learn more about Corporate Chess here.
